I contacted her already and met with Ruby and her mother, tested her and we are going forward with fitting her mother with hearing aids! When I deal with contractors, I make sure they are BBB members! I had my entire back balcony at my house ripped out and replaced. My BBB contractor showed up on time, did a great job, and it was extremely smooth.
I had my whole house painted by a BBB member. It was an incredible experience! There wasn't a speck of dropped paint anywhere! The prep work was great and they did exactly what I had asked for.

And yes, I did receive a refund from them after opening up a second complaint with the BBB - because when I was assured by the company that they would handle the first complaint, they again did not return any of my calls or emails for follow up - but with your backing and awesome follow-up, they actually sent me my refund. Thanks for all of your help. It's finally over as my $94.00 was credited to my bank account this week and the nightmare has ended. It's a shame that as we do more business on the Internet, more scams pop up by the second and there's no way of knowing for sure who is "legit" until you've been cheated out of your money. I had to fight so hard to get it back and I could not have done it alone, that's scary to me. It's good to know you're at least there to help the consumer. Thanks again.
